Please bear in mind that we need to locate and process the items for your order and therefore allow 2 hours before collection. If you place your order close to the end of the working day, or during Store Closed hours.

Our click and collect service is completely FREE!

  1. Add your items to your basket

Use our website to browse our products and stock availability. Simply add the items you would like to purchase to your basket.

  1. Checkout using Click & Collect

Scroll down and choose Click & Collect as your delivery method. Enter your postcode at the checkout.

  1. Select Ringwood as your collection site

Once you have chosen the store click continue and complete the rest of our standard checkout steps. When you arrive at the store speak to the staff who will be happy to assist you and supply your order. Please bring your proof of purchase, and the name that your order was placed under.

When can I collect my order?

For items in stock, we will normally have your item ready to collect within 2 hours. During busier periods this may take longer, please wait for email confirmation that your order has been processed.

How will I know when my order is ready?

Processing online orders is our priority in the mornings. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another once we have processed your order. If you are travelling some distance do feel free to phone the store to check your order is ready for collection.

What do I need to collect my order?

Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail or proof of purchase.

We will hold your order in store for 10 days, if you have any problems with getting to the store to collect your order please feel free to contact us and we will happily extend this time where possible.

Can Someone Else Collect My Order?

Please contact the store in advance and we will do our best to accommodate any changes relating to collection.

How do I cancel/change my order?

If you wish to cancel your order or make any changes please contact the store directly, contact information can be foundhere. Please note, full refunds will be made via the original transaction made with our online team. Orders placed via Klarna cannot be edited, they will need to be cancelled, and the order will need to be placed again.

How do I return my order?

Our normal returns policy applies to all Click & Collect orders, for more information see ourreturns policy. You will be able to return items directly to the store.
