Aivly Country Store Ltd Click & Collect

Our Click & Collect service offers all the benefits of shopping online combined with specialist personal retail experience in our store. Simply order your items, select Click & Collect and pick up your item at a convenient time during opening hours.

Please bear in mind that we need to process and locate the items for your order and therefore allow 2 hours before collection. If you place your order close to the end of the working day, or during Store Closed hours please allow 2 hours for your order to be prepared on the next working day.

Best of all the service is completely FREE!

  1. Add your items to your basket

Use our website to browse our catalogue of products with stock availability. When you find the item you want simply add it to your basket like you usually would.

  1. Checkout using Click & Collect

Scroll down and choose Click & Collect as your delivery method. Enter your postcode at the checkout.

  1. Choose the Ringwood store as your collection choice.

Once you have chosen the store click continue and complete the rest of our standard checkout steps. Please allow time for your order to be processed and picked ready for you. 2 hours during working hours should be sufficient. However, occasionally this may take longer. When you arrive at the store speak to the staff at the Till who will be happy to assist you and supply your order. Please bring your receipt with you.

Frequently Asked Questions

When can I collect my order?

For items in stock at the chosen collection store, we will normally have your item ready to collect within 1-2 working days.

For items which are at the warehouse your order will be ready to collect in the time indicated on the website; or if at another store approximately 3 working days – please call in advance if you are making a long journey, just in case!

How will I know when my order is ready?

Processing online orders is our priority in the mornings. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another once we have processed your order. If you are travelling some distance do feel free to phone the store to check your order is ready for collection.

What do I need to collect my order?

Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail, a photo proof of ID (i.e. passport, driving licence), and proof of address.

We will hold your order in store for 10 days, if you have any problems with getting to the store to collect your order please feel free to contact us and we will happily extend this time where possible.

Can Someone Else Collect My Order?

Please contact the store in advance and we will do our best to accommodate any changes relating to collection.

How do I cancel/change my order?

If you wish to cancel your order or make any changes please contact the store directly, contact information can be foundhere. Please note, full refunds will be made via the original transaction made with our online team.

How do I return my order?

Our normal returns policy applies to all Click & Collect orders, for more information see ourreturns policy. You will be able to return items directly to the store.
