Evoke Helmet Replacement Scheme
Evoke’s industry first Helmet Replacement Policy offers customers who suffer a fall the chance to replace their helmet at 50% off, prioritising safety and removing undue financial burden.
Terms & Conditions:
Customers will not be eligible for the policy without registering after purchasing their helmet. This can be done by scanning the QR code found on the helmet label within 14 days. Helmets must be returned to their original place of purchase. When helmets are returned to the retailer under the scheme, it must be approved by the evoke team before the replacement takes place. The helmet must be returned to evoke head office before a replacement can be given, which we will send direct to retailer. The customer receives a replacement helmet at 50% of the original purchase price Retailers will be charged at 50% of the current trade price, meaning that retailers still maintain the margin. Any replacement must be an exact replacement of original purchase - style, colour, size, shape etc. Customers are only eligible for one replacement on the policy at any time. If a like for like replacement is not available, a similar replacement will be offered. There are no other refunds, cash alternatives or exchanges.

*Please not that these rewards points expire after one year. Customers will only recieve rewards if they checkout using their rewards account login, new customers need to create an account at checkout
All Fairfax & Favor items are excluded from earning rewards points. All barn and feed items earn 0.5% back in rewards points.
All rewards and loyaltly points are only valid for 12 months from the date of issues. Gift vouchers cannot be purchased with loyalty points: Aivly Country Store reserve the right to cancel your gift voucher order if loyalty points have been used to purchase it.

Our SALE items are in our SALES ROOM in store. This includes additional items that are not on the website, end of lines etc

PLEASE NOTE ONLINE ORDERS PLACED AT THE WEEKENDS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED AND PACKED UNTIL THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.
Shipping is generally within 2-3 days and delivery between 2-6 days. You will be notified of the longer dispatch time on some Shires items as they may take up to 7 days.
During Black Friday, dispatch may vary slightly due to high order levels. We always aim to send your parcel as soon as possible, and we appreciate your patience!
CLICK AND COLLECT - please allow 2hours between your order and collection during shop opening hours.
If your Click and Collect is urgent, please phone the store so one of our assistants can locate your order and prepare it for you.
GIFT VOUCHERS are not sent automatically and will be processed by our Team on the Monday following the Weekend.
If you have not received your voucher please check your email junk folder before phoning us.
Please white list emails from Aivly so that you receive our order notifications and offers which we send from time to time.
