How quickly does Aivly deliver online orders?

Here at Aivly we strive to dispatch all online orders as quickly as we can. We understand how important prompt delivery is to our customers. The vast majority of orders leave us within 24 hours by Parcel Courier. If your order is placed over the weekend they will be attended to on the Monday following, or Tuesday if there is a Bank Holiday.

If there is going to be any specific delay to your order we'll let you know as quickly as we can. Please make sure you include full contact details including your phone number so we can get in touch with you quickly with any questions. You can read further details of our Shipping Policy here.

Are my personal details and payment details safe with Aivly?

Absolutely! We operate using secure Opayo payment systems, meaning we don't store and can't access your card details at all. All Credit and Debit card payments are made over the Opayo server, so you can shop with the confidence of using one of the World's leading secure payment providers. Alternatively if you choose to check-out with Paypal, this is just as secure.

Can I return my items for refund or exchange, even if it is not faulty?

therefore we do everything that we can to help you shop with confidence. So if you change your mind and want an exchange or a refund, we're happy to help. Simply return the item to us in its original condition within 28 days of receipt of your parcel. Certain items are excluded as detailed in our Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item for replacement or credit, complete the Return Form enclosed in your parcel and follow the instructions on the Form.

I think I've received a faulty or incorrect item what do I do now?

Although Aivly prides itself on stocking robust, reliable and hard wearing Brands, occasionally, faulty items do slip through the net. We are disappointed when this happens and work hard to put things right! If you do receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us by email at returns@aivly.com Please include some photos of the fault in your email.

We may need the item back from you to verify the fault prior to dispatching a replacement or providing a refund, but once the fault is verified we will cover the postage costs of this. For full details see our Refund policy here.

Can I return items to the shop which I bought online?
Orders purchased online may also be returned to the Store. We will be able to access your order from the tills. Please bear with us if the tills are very busy at the time you visit. Our Team Leaders will be able to assist you with exchanges or refunds. Please remember to provide proof of purchase (a receipt or an online order confirmation) when you return an item to the Store. Remember to return your items within 28 days of receipt of your parcel.

Are Aivly prices the same instore as online?
We aim to price match our in-store prices with our online prices. However, due to the fast pace of the internet prices online these may not always reflect those instore. Do please speak to one of our Staff who will be able to assist you.

How can I make sure I never miss your special offers?
That is easy! You can sign up to our Mailing List from the footer of our site. We send out emails when we begin a new promotion, event or have special offers. Some end up in spam so please list us as Not Spam. Thank you.

Do you have a Aivly shop in Hampshire?
Our Head Office, Store, Barn, and Mail Order fulfilment warehouse are all in one location at Aivly Country Store in Ringwood in Hampshire. We are based in a charming farm courtyard location on the edge of the New Forest National Park, and are well connected to the A31 via the Poulner turn-off. Just follow the signs for the Raptor Centre who are next door to us.

Can I collect my order from Aivly?
Absolutely. When you place your order simply select Click & Collect. During Store Opening Hours please allow 2 hours from placing your order until you arrive to collect it to allow our Team time to locate your items and get them ready for you. If you place your order out of store hours please allow 2 hours on the store open day before collection. Please remember to bring your receipt with you.

Does your local delivery service cover my area?
Our Aivly Lorry is out doing the rounds on a regular basis. We cover an area of around 10 miles radius from our Store. You can check to see if we cover your area by looking at our Local Delivery information here.
