Shipping Policy
Orders placed before 2pm qualify for 2-5 working day delivery, when paid for by MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, PayPal and Klarna will be dispatched within 48hrs of receiving an order.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be dispatched until Monday.
We have decided to change our Courier company to DX who we hope you will find more reliable and accessible for parcel tracking than our previous courier.
We aim to hold stock of all products shown on our website, however at times of exceptional demand or when stock is limited, delays may occur. We will advise you of any expected delays at time of ordering. In some cases if the parcel is very large or very heavy, additional postage charges may apply, we will contact you with a quote if this occurs.
Gift Vouchers: GIFT VOUCHERS are sent to your email address free of charge. These are processed by our Team and emailed out twice a day.
If you do not receive this email please check your SPAM folder before calling us.+
If you require us to post a gift voucher to an address of your choice we can do this for a fee. In which case we would post it by Royal Mail Signed For. Please phone for details on 01425 472341
Click & Collect: For local customers we offer a Click and Collect service which is useful for bulky Feed and Bedding items. Please allow 2 hours after placing your order for us to get this ready for you. Remembering that the Store closes at 5pm Monday to Friday, 4.30pm on Saturday and 3pm on Sunday.
NOTE: You will need to take a print-out of your order confirmation email in order to collect your item.
*Additional Area Charges: In some cases additional shipping charges may apply to London, Isle of White, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands, depending on the weight and size of the goods, if this is the case we will contact you and notify you of any additional charges. If you wish to proceed we will invoice you for the difference via PayPal.
European & International Delivery We do not currently have the capacity to ship to countries outside the United Kingdom.
