All rewards and loyaltly points are only valid for 12 months from the date of issues. If the points are not used within 12 months of issue they will be deducted from your account. Gift vouchers cannot be purchased with loyalty points: Aivly Country Store reserve the right to cancel your gift voucher order if loyalty points have been used to purchase it.

Evoke Helmet Replacement Scheme - Terms & ConditionsCustomers will not be eligible for the evoke Helmet Replacement Policy without registering their helmet within 14 days of making the purchase.
Register your hat by scanning the QR code found on the helmet label.
Customers are required to contact Evoke regarding a helmet replacement.
If a replacement has been authorized by evoke, the customer is elegible to receive a replacement evoke helmet at 50% of the original purchase price.*
Any replacement must be an exact replacement of the original purchase (style, colour, size & shape).
Customers are only eligible for one replacement on the policy at any time. If a like-for-like replacement is not available, a similar replacement will be offered.
There are no other refunds, cash alternatives or exchanges.
