General Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, unsoiled, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase, and your Order Number are required.
Items returned with strong odours (e.g., cooking smells, cigarette smoke, perfume) will not qualify for refund, exchange, or store credit.
All returns are inspected by our Returns Department.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Email photos and details to [email protected] so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Returning for Other Reasons
If your item is the wrong size, colour, or no longer required, you have 28 days from receipt to return it.
Complete the Returns Form included in your parcel and send it with the item to:

Return postage costs are your responsibility, unless the item is deemed faulty by a member of our staff (in which case we will send out a label).

Previously marketed as Tubtrug, now re-branded for new and emerging markets and customers, the UK’s first and original plastic tub is both weather resistant and exceptionally strong so capable of carrying out a range of demanding tasks. As with other products, the extra large 75L Gorilla Tub is designed with our customers in mind. It features easy grip ‘golf ball’ handles, joints that are reinforced to prevent tearing and breaking, even under the most extreme pressure, ribbed sides providing optimum strength and durability and chamfered edges so scooping, sweeping and pouring are effortless. Our 75L Gorilla Tub is a good all-rounder and not out of place in any indoor or outdoor setting. Used by equestrians, builders, DIYers, gardeners, farmers and others, customers delight in their robustness and performance. From feeding animals, mixing cement or render, picking up site rubbish, to tidying, storing and general gardening chores, the Gorilla Tub won’t let you down.

The Gorilla Tub is made from a food grade LDPE (low-density polyethylene), hence it’s suitable for storing and prepping food and entirely safe for feeding horses and pets.

Tubs are currently available in 10 vibrant and delightful colours and 8 size options so there is plenty of choice when it comes to finding a product that best fits your individual needs and environment.
