The use of this website and any purchases made from it are governed by the terms and conditions set out below. Please read them carefully, if you do not agree with any of them, do not use this website. By using the www.aivly.co.uk website you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to order online at Aivly
Once your basket is ready for check out, you can then select your shipping method and complete all your delivery and billing details. Once this can been completed you will then be taken to our terms and conditions page, once you accept the terms & conditions you will then proceed through to a secure Sage Pay server. From within the 100% secure page here you can choose your card type and complete your payment safely and securely. You will get a confirmation email and invoice sent to your email which you can then hold onto for your records.

Stock Availability
All products on this website are available from stock, if a product is out of stock; this is clearly shown on the product page, the product page also clearly shows how long delivery might take if a product is not in stock. Occasionally when we have low stock levels or we receive multiple orders, we may run out of stock, therefore all products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed an order. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and given the choice of a later delivery or alternative product.

All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability.

The information we seek from you when placing an order is for billing and delivery purposes or for contacting you if we have a query. When placing an order to purchase goods from Aivly Country Store Ltd, you will be sent an email confirming receipt of the order and the order details.

A contract between yourself and Aivly Country Store Ltd will not take place until the order has been accepted.

Please Note: We are unable to add or amend orders after you press the Order Now button.

Special Orders
Orders for made to measure purchases or non-stocked items will be charged for at the time we receive the order. Orders of this type are placed on your behalf by Aivly Country Store Ltd and are non-returnable. This does not affect you statutory rights.

Despatch & Delivery
Orders placed for in stock items before 11am for Priority Next Day Delivery (1-2 working days) are dispatched the same day, when paid for by MasterCard, Visa, Maestro or PayPal. Priority Delivery Service is only available Monday to Thursday. Orders for Standard Delivery (2-5 working days) will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving an order. We aim to hold stocks of all products shown on our website, however at times of exceptional demand or when stock is limited, delays may occur. At such times, please allow 28 days for delivery. We will advise you of any expected delays at time of ordering. In some cases if the parcel is very large or very heavy, additional postage charges may apply, we will contact you with a quote if this occurs.

Gift Vouchers: You can choose to get Gift Vouchers sent to your email address free of charge OR we can post gift vouchers to an address of your choice for a fee. All Gift Vouchers are sent via Royal Mail Signed For First Class so please be aware that someone will need to be at the address to sign for the Gift Vouchers.

Click & Collect: We offer a free in-store collection service. A member of staff will contact you via email or telephone once your order is ready for collection. Items are usually ready within the hour, but if items are out of stock (which is clearly shown on the product page) it can take up to 21 days. For weekend pickups, please make sure you place your order before 3pm on Friday, any orders made after this will be ready on the following Monday.

Please make sure you provide us with a valid daytime contact number & email address.

NOTE: You will need to take a print-out of your order confirmation email in order to collect your item.

Northern Ireland: In some cases additional shipping charges may apply to Northern Ireland, depending on the weight and size of the goods, if this is the case we will contact you and notify you of any additional charges. If you wish to proceed we will invoice you for the difference via PayPal.

European & International Delivery We may be able to deliver to other countries but this cannot be guaranteed. Once your order is processed we will contact you with a shipping quote, this quote will vary depending on the weight, size and country of delivery. If you do not wish to continue with the quote we will give you a full refund. Goods supplied outside the UK will normally be delivered within 7-21 working days of acceptance of order.

All products offered for sale are priced in Pounds Sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable. Every effort is made to maintain the prices shown on this website; however, for reasons beyond our control this is not always possible. We reserve the right to discontinue any item and to change prices when necessary.

This website is run totally independently of our retail outlet. The prices and discounts shown are only available to customers shopping online.

Offers and Promotions
Please note that when participating in our offers or promotions, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Multi-buy promotions including buy one get one free and 3 for 2 offers will only apply to the items stated and must be purchased within one transaction.

If free postage is offered, it applies to a Standard Delivery only and excludes quoted and overseas deliveries. Minimum order value of £100 will be required to qualify for postage offers.

Free delivery offers only apply to the first delivery for items that are kept by the buyer and unless stated otherwise are subject to the following.

Regions: Free delivery only applies to mainland UK, and excludes the following: Scottish Highlands, Orkney, Shetland, Scilly Isles and Hebrides, Northern Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey.

Exchanges: Delivery on exchange items will be charged for at the standard delivery rate at that time.

Credits: Items returned for credit will be credited in full less the standard delivery rate at that time.

Faulty or wrong items sent: Items that are faulty or the wrong item(s) have been sent will be credited in full including delivery charges.

Goods supplied by Aivly Country Store Ltd for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes; these will be levied once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any customs or import duties due when your package reaches its destination country will be the responsibility and must be paid by the purchaser, Contact your local customs officer for full details and your local regulations.

CREDIT, DEBIT CARD or PAYPAL - We accept all major credit cards (excluding Diners Club Cards and American Express).

Do not email your card details. No responsibility can be taken for security if you provide your details in this way. Card fraud is illegal and will always lead to prosecution. We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.

Returns Policy
If you would like to exchange or return goods purchased from our online shop, you can do so within 28 days of the original purchase date, providing the goods are returned to us unused, unsoiled, in their original packaging and in the same condition as dispatched.

Refunds: If you would like to return an item, a full refund (less post & packaging) will be provided on any goods purchased from our online shop. All online orders are processed via Sage Pay or PayPal, please note if you return goods for a refund you will be refunded via the original method of payment.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, you will be liable for all of the shipping costs. Aivly will bill you via PayPal for any additional shipping charges. If you want to exchange an item in store, you can do so between Monday and Friday. To ensure we have stock of the item/s, we suggest you call us on 01425 472341 to check stock levels.

Please note: for hygiene reasons bits and underwear are non-returnable. For safety reasons riding hats, skulls, body protectors and air jackets are non-returnable. The following cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty: Personalised and special order items, underwear and certain safety items including riding hats, skulls, air jackets and body protectors. Personalised and special order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.

Goods being returned to Aivly Country Store Ltd are the responsibility of the sender. We recommend that you return goods via the Post Office and obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage as we unable to compensate for return parcels lost or damaged in transit.

You can also return goods purchased online directly to our shop. Please note that your refund can only be processed Monday – Friday and will be processed back onto your original method of payment via SagePay or PayPal.

Damaged Goods
Faulty goods or goods damaged in transit should be returned for our inspection. Refunds or exchanges cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods.

Non-Delivery or Shortages
Please check the condition of your parcel on delivery and prior to signing for acceptance. In the event that any of the goods are missing or damaged, please note this against your signature on the carrier’s delivery note, and inform us within 3 working days. No claims will be entertained after this period.

Worldwide Delivery
Aivly Country Stores ships worldwide. Goods supplied outside the UK will normally be delivered within 7 - 21 working days of acceptance of order.

Fair Wear & Tear Guarantee
All of the products advertised on this site are covered by their manufacturer’s guarantee, against defects, providing they are used in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. If we feel it is necessary goods will be returned to the manufacturer for their comments. Please allow 30 days for an exchange or refund in these instances.

Hygiene Regulations
Due to the Health and Safety regulations (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974) we are unable to handle or inspect any item of footwear or horse clothing, unless it is clean and dry.

Limitation of Liability
The information contained in the website is for information purposes. Aivly Country Store Ltd makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to the products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The material on the website does not constitute advice and you should not use the information on the website to make any decisions or take any action.

The sole and maximum liability arising from any product purchased from this site shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Aivly Country Store Ltd, or its directors, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind relating to product sold.

You must not use the website for fraudulent purposes, spamming or any unlawful activity.
