Aivly is a much loved and long established, independently run equine, pet and country superstore. The large characterful and charming site is based on the edge of the beautiful New Forest in Ringwood, Hampshire. We pride ourselves on being friendly and above all, offering an all round first class service.

Founded way back in June 2001 by Sheila & Mervyn Lister on what started as a small tackshop has now grown into a multi award-winning superstore, which offers one of the UK's largest selections of goods for pet, country & the home.

Over the past 6 years the store has grown significantly and has scooped up numerous awards including three BETA Large Retailer of the Year awards, an Over the Counter award and a Lorinary Display award.

Due to the growth and looming retirement, the company changed ownership in early 2018 to The Ethical Animal Group, which was founded by Michael Jeans. The future profits from Aivly will be used to support equine & animal welfare and rescue.

The superstore boasts highly shoppable departments including a clothing showroom, extensive pet and equine departments, rider safety floor, gardening isles, yard supply sections, a supplements kingdom, a bit and bridle room and to top it off, a whole floor dedicated to footwear and competition wear as well as a massive onsite warehouse which houses Dorset & Hampshire's largest selection of feed and bedding. We cover 20,000 square foot... so please allow an hour for your visit.

Aivly prides itself on great customer service, expertise and excellent facilities, always offering customers a personal yet professional service. Our staff are extremely knowledgeable and have been professionally trained, so are able to offer a level of customer service which is second to non. As well as professional in store services which include safety fittings, wormer prescriptions, equine and pet nutritional advice and eating plans, boot fittings and a helpful 28 days returns policy.
