Four easy steps to ordering on line

1. Click on the category of the product you are interested in, and then browse through our shop until you find an item you wish to buy. (You can also use the search button to find a specific product or brand name). Select the product(s) you wish to purchase, select the available options, size, colour, quantity etc. then click the "Add to cart" symbol. An 'order box' will appear at the top of your web page, to show the item(s) selected. You can now continue searching the site for further goods that you may wish to purchase, or if you have finished shopping click the "View Cart" symbol.
2. Your Shopping Cart.
   This page will show you the product(s) that you have ordered. You are able to make amendments to your order here. Next complete a delivery destination option, ie: UK, EU, USA etc. Then click the "Proceed" symbol.
3. Delivery Details and Payment Options -
   Fill in the information requested and then choose a method of payment. Click the "Proceed" symbol.
4. On choosing a payment option you will be taken to one of the following pages: all called 'CHECKOUT'

1. Completing your order - by Secure Server.
   An 'Order Reference' will be given, please make a note of this number. We will send you a confirmation email. Then click on "Proceed to Secure Server". Complete your credit card details then click the "Submit Payment Information".Details about our Secure Server can be found below.
2. Completing your order - by Telephone.
   You can place an order on our website and at the checkout print a copy and call us on 01425 472341. Lines are open between 9am and 5.00pm Monday to Saturday, Sunday 10.30pm - 4.00pm. Please have your credit card details available.
3. Completing your order - by Fax.
   You can place an order on our website and at the checkout print a copy and Fax it to us on our 24 hour Fax line 01425 4805225
4. Completing your order - by Post.
   You can place an order on our website and at the checkout print a copy which can be posted to us with your chosen method of payment.

Despatch & Delivery

Orders placed for in-stock items placed before 12 Noon for Next Day Delivery are despatched the same day, when paid for by MasterCard, Visa, Delta or Switch, (Next Day Delivery Service is only available Monday to Thursday) Orders for Standard Delivery (2-5 working days) will be despatched within 48 hours of receiving an order. Orders paid by cheque will be delayed by six working days. We aim to hold stocks of all products shown on our website, however at times of exceptional demand or when stock is limited, delays may occur. At such times, please allow 28 days for delivery. We will advise you of any expected delays at time of ordering.

Methods of Payment

We accept payment by; MasterCard, Delta, Switch or Visa. Please include your expiry date and switch issue number.

Cheques to be made payable to Aivly Country Store Ltd. Please put your Bank Card details on the reverse side. Cheques are subject to clearance before delivery.

Tax Charges
For orders from the UK or EEC, prices are inclusive of UK VAT @ 17.5% unless otherwise indicated. All other Export / Overseas orders will be VAT free.

Web Site Security

We take your credit card security very seriously, and have taken steps to ensure we are using only the highest levels of credit card security over a secure network. All details are confidential while input on the Internet and are then sent to us using most secure data encryption software (PGP). To ensure a high level of security, customers' credit card details are protected using an encryption algorithm. In plain English, this means that the credit card details are scrambled. Once scrambled credit card details are protected form unscrupulous parties. Once notified that an order has been taken, the encrypted order details are downloaded, unscrambled and processed via a PDQ machine. This means that all data input on our site is coded and can only be decoded by ourselves. Our host provides 128-bit encryption security. The industry standard 40-bit encryption is the recommended minimum for other hosts.

You will see that the pages you are using are secure, as the address of the page in the address bar will change from being http:// to https://. You will also see a padlock or key appear in the bottom bar of your browser.

As an extra security measure, your credit card details will not be retained on our servers for longer than is necessary for us to process your order. This is why you must re-enter your card details each time you purchase anything from our web site.
